Hi TG,
First of all is she accompany you to Canada?. You have to update all of your forms inorder to reflect your new status. Go through the checklist given in CIC website. In that they have mentioned which all forms you have to fill for your spouse and dependant. Also you have to add all necessary supporting documents like Marriage certificate,her passport copies, educational documents, birth cirtificate and Police clearance. Also they might ask you for the proof of funds.
