1. Once you get PR stamp on the Passport, within what time you have to land in canada?
2. After I land in Canada, how long can I stay Out of canada and still retain canadian PR.
If I get canadian PR, I want to keep working in US for few more years.
for example. after I get canadian PR, I land in canada for 3 weeks or so and then come back to US..and continue my job..is that possible?

to mentain ur pr status u will have to phically present in canada for 730 day in every 5 years that mean u cant stay outside more than 2 years in every 5 years.the expairy date of ur visa should b written on ur pr visa which is one year after u done ur medicals.

After you land you cannot stay outside of canada for more than 3 (not 2 years).
PR stamp would expire one year after you did medicals.
