i passed my interview on 20 APRIL and now waiting for medical papers to come,few days back CHC London asked me to fill the immigrant summary form .Is there some problem ,Any body with same situation

The officer asked me about IELTS,QUALIFICATION ,WORK EXPERINCE,name of supervisors,and my present and past job description.
