When doctor completed your medical form they should send it by FedEx, UPS or any other service where you can track it.
So, I ask for the tracking # and that how I saw that Ottawa recived on April 16.
Well, why this took so long because my doctor had unexpected problems. One of his Radiology doctors got sick and they cannot find replacement for 2 months. You know that only Radiology doctor can wright result about your x-ray chest picture.So, I was waiting for almost 2 months for them to finish my medical forms. I was almost about to ask my money back.
Then, Ottawa sent my forms to Buffalo office ( when exactly I cannot tell you) and on May 12 or so, my "In process" added "medical has been recieved"
Thank you God, this is over.
