hi ,,i am so un happy right now.mu husbend is in canada and my spouse sponser application is refused today.what should we do?with appeah how long daoes it take again?

Hi Simin..
What visa office did you go threw??..How come they did not believe your wedding??...If you have a real and true love relationship with your husband,,then to do a appeal will surely get you a posative outcome..But it does take sometime to have a appeal threw the Immigration Appeal Division ,,probley about 1 year from the time you apply to the IAD to consider your appeal...Where does your husband live at in Canada,,sometimes it also depends on his location at how long it will take for a appeal,,as some parts of Canada are have more of a backlog of appeal cases...What visa office did you have you interview at??..
