I applied in Sep04 and got the AOR on Oct 04. I received a request to take the IELTS test and will take it in a couple of weeks.
I did not send a PC with my initial application because it said that I should wait until they request one, but I´ve been reading here that you can send it now before they ask for it.
Anyone here send one before Buffalo asked for it? Thanks for your help

Hey Andres..I applied to Buffalo in Oct 04, but unfortunately got my AOR in Feb 05. I myself took the IELTS test sometime April and sent the results sometime in April end. As far as the Police Certs are concerned, I had already sent in an FBI fingerprint along with my application in October 2004. Also since I was born in a different country, I sent my home country Police certificate along with my IELTS results in April 05. Also please let me know what month and time did they request your IELTS? and also did you receive your IA or initial assessment yet? please let me know as we are almost the same timelines just a months difference.
