Does someone know if they verify past applications for temporary visa when someone apply for a permanent residence visa ?
My girlfirend has applied for a temporary visa in Shanghai but has been refused. Now, we got married and she will apply for a permanent residence visa in Beijing.

Yes.....CIC will check if anyone applied for any type of Visa in Past. Now depends what she was filed at the time of application about family, etc. If it is the same as she applied in PR application, It will not effect on her PR application.
