My girlfriend and I applied for permanent residence from the UK in April of this year. I am now wondering if it is possible to move to Canada I guess ideally on a temporary working visa, while the application progresses. Is this a realistic possibility?
Any advice most gratefully received

(in reply to: Immigration advice) I don´t think it is possible...you have the application in process so the chances of getting to Canada while it is being processed are slim. BUT you never know until you try.

(in reply to: Immigration advice) It is v.v. much possible. One can come on a visitor or work permit. The PR application doesn´t interfere with it...especially for applicants from visa exempt countries.
