Can anyone please let me know if CHC (CHC-NEW DELHI) also asks for PR Card size pictures along with passport? Thanks..

Hi all
I submitted my application to CPC-Miss on Aug 4, 05 and my case was approved on Aug 19, 05 by CPC Miss and the file was transferd to CHC New Delhi and been in-process since August 30, 05...as shown in e-cas status..My wife is still waiting for any type of communication from CHC and it is more than 40 days since process started in CHC New Delhi and passport request has not come in...can you please let me know if this is normal wait time...any help will be most welcome...thanks have a great day
