Subject: Splitting the application - PLEASE HELP
My wife is the principal applicant, she is from Morocco and I am from Pakistan. We applied in May 03, for Quebec skilled worker, 1st medical in June 03, interview waived, 2nd medical in May 05.

Buffalo is still waiting on security clearnace. I am thinking that her application is being delayed because of me considering I am from Pakistan. Even though I am a US PR, but my wife is on student visa in US.

Is it a ok for us to request that her application be processed in case it being help up because of me? or will this make them suspecious?

I really don´t care if I get Canadian immigration or not, it is my wife that needs to get it ASAP..plus I can always travel back and forth from the US.

Here application process will consider your existance even if she would have appllied alone. So do not request anything. Meanwhile, you do not what is the reasons for delay, you are just assuming.

Good Luck
