Hi again,
Just wondering what are these background checks all about.Is it they check the criminal records with police or they check the employment details provided with the companies.Do they also make background checks even after passport request and deposit.Or does passport request automatically mean that background checks have been done and all is clear.
Does anyone also know if living in various cities in India due to job postings also call for background checks from all cities I have stayed.I have already submitted Police clearance certificate form New delhi which is my home city.
Ur expert views are welcome.
