I have planned for a vacation to New York at the end of August - Due to long wait times and because I lost my birth certificate months ago I have no valid proof or ID for canadian citizenship I do have an expired passport, expired driver license , and a valid health card- and cannot renew these items due to waiting from my birth certificate - I am a canadian ... is there anything I can do, will I be able to travel to the us, would I be able to use my expired passport???
Please help.....

I am in the exact situation...I have an expired passport/expired licence and cannot get my birth certificate in time for my trip from Toronto to Buffalo. Will I be fine with that id?

im pretty sure you will need a valide/none exspired passport. but there may be some things i dont know so only thing i camn say is try
