my spouse sponsership application is criminal refuse.i have right of appeal.how long does it take.my medical is valid till 09.2005

I fear you will have a long wait ahead of you if you appeal the decision. I had to appeal the case of my husband and from the date I got the refusal note from the embassy to the date I had my interview, that was one year in duration. My appeal was granted and it then took another 4 months to finish processing the file. I fear the medical will have to be taken again since it would shock me if the appeal was hearing was done before September.

hi..my question is how much time i have to send spouse application after my spouse has already got her medical done..is there any expiry date of medical like how many months..and the other question is do i have to attach any tax paper of last year with the application.
