The guy who produced this book is a scam artist. He has only a slight understanding of the IELTS test and is quite confused in a lot of the details. I´m sure he was never an examiner and I doubt he´s ever taken the test.
If you do a bit of searching on the net you will find literally dozens of websites using the same wording as his selling slightly different test passing schemes or how to pickup girls or all kinds of stuff. He has a bunch of nearly identical websites like a huge Internet fishing net to catch fools. Don´t be one of his victims. Get a good IELTS book from a reputable publisher.
