Hello everybody, I called the bank which issued the draft to find out whether CIC has processed the RPRF, it seems CIC has processed it. If they have processed, does it mean that I can expect passport request in the next few weeks? How long is the waiting time from giving medicals? Thanks in advance.

It does not mean anything. You still have to wait for the background check like everybody else. My RPRF was processed 8 months ago.
