Today I got back my PP from Buffalo with immigrant Visa stamped on it. Yesterday I called their office in Buffalo to know about my visa status and they told to wait for few more days.
Here is my timeline (Buffalo, SW)
AOR: JAN 04
IA: SEP 04
MED/ROLF: OCT 04
PCC: DEC 04
PROOF/FUNDS: JAN 05
MED REC/eClient:MAY 23, 05
PPR: MAY 28, 05
PP sent:May 31, 05
PP returned: June 17, 05

Hi Akiindian....
I sent my passport to Buffalo on 2nd Jun and they recieved it on 3 rd Jun....So when I should expect my PP with stamp??I am really worried abt this matter.....

No need to worry if u have the tracking confirmation that Buffalo received it. It takes upto 15 business days from the date Buffalo received your PP. Calling to Buffalo doesn´t help. They won´t give u any info about visa status.
Looking at your timeline, I would say u might get your PP in next 2-3 days. Hope this helps.

akindian is fooling the crowd with a buffalo phone no. claim.
If there was sucha phone no. direct to the visa officer explaining the status of your file all CAIPS agents would be
in quick sand.
No offense just a joke. If there is really is AKINDIAN provide this board with the truth (phone no.)

I never said that I spoke with a Visa officer. I tried calling their Customer Service number at (716)858-9500 to get update on my visa status. Buffalo don´t have phone number for case status update for they do have Ph# for Visa status. All they told me was that wait for 15 business days for processing or send an email to their helpdesk. For your kind info it´s not very hard for anyone to get this number from the internet. You can try this link for their contact numbers. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/offices/missions/buffalo.html
I hope this helps. I am fooling the crowd on this forum as I myself got this number from someone on this forum. There is a lot of valuable information available on this forum. All you need to do is just search before you lable someone as a liar.

Hi Akiindian...
When did ur e-status updated??Like the day u received ur PP still it was saying "IN PROCESS" or it was updated later??I have tracked and it shows my PP is on the way from Buffalo but still e-status says "IN PROCESS"??? So any comments on that??

My e-status still says "in process". I will again check it on Monday because that is the day when CIC updates it. Anyways now it doesn´t matter if it´s "in process" or "decision made". I got what I wanted.
