Subject: skilled worker program and spouce sponsorship?
I am in canada on a temporaty visitors visa and our family is im process of skilled worker program. I am getting married and am concerned what shoud i do now. should my husband sponsor me as a wife and is it legal to have two open cases? One as a dependant child and one as a spouce?

Generally, it may be easier to apply as a spouse of a Canadian rather than as a relative of an applicant under the skilled worker category. It may be useful to contact a visa officer and discuss the situation. However, any action would depend on an analysis of your exact circumstances.

What should I do get her temporary resident visa in Canada?
