I applied around the same time as yours. I applied in June ´04. I did my medicals around May 18th. But I sent my documents (PCC, Bank statement, CAD $975 Draft) only on June 3rd. When can I expect the passport request? Please post your views about this.
The main thing is, for the bank stamement that I sent on June 3rd, I have sent only bank letter (on TD Bank letterhead original letter, signature of rep. in TD Bank) but not the transaction for the last 3 months or something. This part (Bank transaction for 3 months) applicants living in Canada as a student please comment, because Tony is an applicant in US, so he doesn´t necessarily have to give bank transaction for 3 months or so. Please help me guys. Thanks.

expect the PP request about 10 weeks from the date of medicals.
If you were asked for 3 months of statments then better get that... The CIC just want to see that you are not manupulating the settlement money

A letter from Bank indicating your current balance is 100% OK.No need to worry.I also sent original letter from bank.
Even IA document says "Current Statement" or a Letter from Bank.
I hope soon you will get PP Request.
