Subject: Will be thankful to any helping creature
  Hi,
( Please read and reply)
I am planning to apply to immigrate to canada. I have 2 years associate degree and I am doing my bachelors right now in US and I have 2 more years to go. I have 2 years of full time job experience ( 40-45 hours per week) and right now I am working 20 hours per week as a computer assistant since last 1 and half year. I am also going to write IELTS exam and I have basic french and I am working to improve my french language. I am not married but engaged so I can put my fiancee as my common law partner and she is fluent in english and have basic french and her educational accomplishments are same like me and I am 21 year old so I guess I almost meet the requirements so I thought of entering the arena. Few of them tell me I am too young but I almost meet the requirements and I have a friend in canada so I can ask him to arrange employment offer. SO is there anyone who can advice me better than those immigration assessment lawyers and websites who ask for 2000$-5000$ fees ( whoa! ) to just fill your application and take it to CIS. What should I do? About funds I dont have it right now but will try to arrange so should I add the bank statement with the application and keep the funds in my account till I get the visa?

Mohamed,

You case seems ideal and carry on. Age is perfect not for Canada only but for you too as you need sometime to get Canadian exp and grow with the Canadian Cultur. So good lUck.

With Regard to the funds, you need some CAN$ 12,000 only. I recommend that you borrow it and submit the bank statement reflecting that amount. You do not have to keep it till you get the Visa. You can withdraw it again. However, when it comes to the Visa time, CIC may ask you again to proff your funds or will request you to transfer that funds to Canada perior to your landing. BBy that time (about 2 years) you should be able to have that money saved.

Good Luck.

Saleh

Age : 10 points
Work Experience : 17 points
2 yr Associate degree : 20 points
Language: English : 16 points (fluent in English)
: French : 2 points
Arranged Employment : 0 points (if you dont get it)

Now if you get the arrange employment then you are good to go and that will add 10 points to your application...

Good luck...

Immigration is a straight forward application... just fill up the forms, and attach all the papers as specified in the guide and thats it... you are all set.

Good Luck.
