What is IA (in reply to your mail) Is it getting the file number? My file was started for processing in the first week of July ´04. Is that the one? I got my file number around the end of second week of July ´04.

Hi everybody, I was asked to send my medicals, RPRF, bank statement, PCC, in May. I gave medicals on May 19th itself. But PCC, RPRF, bank statement, it reached CIC, Buffalo on June 3rd, RPRF encashed on June 8th, when can I expect passport request? Atleast to satisfy me, please specify a date around which I might get passport request, but the way how to find out whether the medicals have reached Ottawa? Thanks

no, thats not the one. When did you get a letter from the CIC showing you have been selected and you can submit additional documents, pay the fee and go for medicals.
Thats IA or Initial Assessment.
