I calculated and found that i´ll need 12 points for english proficiency. If i were asked to submit IELTS score later and i don´t reach 12 points, what will likely happen?

I have read a lot of times that not reaching the 67 passing points does not automatically disqualify you for Canada immigration. In the same manner that not because you got 75 points or more, you are so sure of a visa. It still depends on the assessing officer. Goodluck.

Send greeting card along with application to officer might be helpful? Even a bit...
I heard sometimes it depends on offcer´s mood..
