Hi,
I lived in riyadh, Saudi arabia for 4 years before coming to USA but I was 19 when I came to USA so should I get police certificate from saudi arabia too? I am an indian and lived in USA since last 2 years and few months. About US police certificate should I provide alongwith my application or when they ask for it

You need a police certificate for any place that you resided for six months or more, past the age of 18.
If you lived in Riyadh for six months after your 18th birthday, then you need a police certificate.
If you lived in the USA for six months after your 18th birthday, then you need an FBI police certificate.
You should provide these with your application, or CIC will ask you for them anyway, adding a delay to your process

It is very hard and almost impossible to get Police certificate from KSA. CIC knows that. Apply without it and get the ISA one only and lets see.

Hi,i am applied for USA immigration of as F4 catagory.As NVC wants my PC for all countries as i lived after 18 years.My question is i already left KSA around 2year ago & now working in abu dhabi.How i get PCc for saudi arabia & PC for abu dhabi as mention in visa bulleten ,the person residnese in uae not required PC.Please clarify this.
