Subject: need a little help!!

I am trying to sponsor my husband from the us to move up to Canada and I was wondering if any of you know what the approximate time frame we are looking at till we can move up there? We want to move within about 1-2 months due to an issue we have. Can we move to Canada while our papers are being processed?
