Subject: Landing with car and come back without trouble?

I will drive my car to land in the near future. But, I don´t want to import my car at this time. Can I drive it back to the US without paying any fee just like some said a rented car?

Also, I will come back to the US with H1 status, will I need to get a visa stamp from the US consulate?
