This is my timeline:
1.APP:July 2004.
2.AOR:Aug 2004.
3.IA:Apr 2005.(Interview waived)
4.Med/Docs/RPRF:Apr 2005.
5.PP request:Jun 2005.
6.PP received with Immigrant Visa:Jun 20,2005.
7.Landed on:Jun 20,2005.
It just took me 11 months and 8 days for everything....I am very grateful to this forum for lot of useful information and good luck to you all.

APP - Date of application
AOR - Date of file number from CIC (or Acknowledgement of
Receipt of application)
IA - Initial Assessment
Med/Docs/RPRF - Medical, Additional documents (IELTS, Police
Certificates etc) and Right of Permanent Residence Fee
PP Request - Passport request from CIC
