Subject: cancelling a representative's service
  Hi,

I have strong reasons to believe that my immigration rep is not disclosing things to me. i think the arranged employment that they gave me is fake...but not yet sure

I will terminate their services before it gets worse but should I advise cic first before I terminate them? do i need to tell cic the reason for terminating them?

thanks for any inputs....

More details are needed...

Did your representative give you some sort of paper to just tell you where and how much points you are scoring.

There is nothing wrong with the Fake arranged Employment as long as it is validated by the HRDC.

No matter what but if you plan to cancel the Rep´s service then you will have to first terminate the contract with the rep first and then write to CIC about your action... Just to make sure that the future correspondence is done with you and no one else. Make sure all is taken care of and that you get some soft of confirmation about the change of address...

Anyways most of the representatives know arrange the documents for you and not really expediate the process...

Good Luck.

You must inform cic as you have to stop them from dealing with your rep on your behalf. there is a special form for that fill it and send it to the cic office.

you need not to tewll cic about reasons. this is of no importance to them
