Subject: Relatives in Canada |

Hi,
I have an uncle (brother of my father) who lived in Canada for over than 15 years, so he is a canadian citizen. Now, he lives in US for working and he sometimes visits Canada for working subjects. He has a son who was born and lives in Canada. My cousin is 25 years old and he is a canadian citizen and of course, he has PR.
According to applications, a cousin is not considered a relative for Canada Inmigration, but an uncle Yes.
My question is:
Can I obtain the 5 points for relatives with my uncle??
Thanks in advance, I looking fordward to your reply,
Regards, Micaela.

(in reply to: Relatives in Canada) Is your Uncle Canadian citizen?
If he is then you should be able to get 5 points.

Relatives in Canada (in reply to: Relatives in Canada) Yes, my uncle is a canadian citizen, but now he is not living in canada, he lives in USA. His son lives in Canada.
What address should I write in the application form, if my uncle don´t live in Canada?
