hi guys,
I live in chicago as an international student and I have been working in gas station to make some money for my tuition but conditions are bad here. Cops sometimes bug you and ask question. I thot of visiting canada for 3 months nd workin in summer and comin bak to earn som money for tuition. Can anyone tell me how is the immigration strictiness in cananda for students working offcampus on cash. Will i be able to find jobs where people can pay me cash. i am sorry this is not fair but need some money for tuition through right means. Can anyone help

the immigration minister resently promised that the intl. students will be able to work off-campus, but still there is nothing concrete about this matter except this perss-relaese:

So far, intl. students can work only on limited basis and _outside_ of major metropolitan areas (Totonto, Vancouver, Montreal, etc.), and it takes lot of paper work, AFAIK

my question is i live in usa and ins is very strict here so i thot i will come in summer for three months visit and work ther in restaurant or under anyone one who can pay me cash and i dont need to do all that paper work
