Dear All,
I´ve been in touch with an immigration consultant which have stated that, if Buffalo does not reply to faxes or enquiry letters, it means that everything´s in order and goes fine...in few words: they got everything they need and they will soon let you know.
it is that true or there are chances that they simply do not answer at all?? any similar experience?

I have sent them a fax asking about the status of my work permit application but received no reply from them for about three weeks now.
A friend of mine had a similar experience trying to inquire about the status of the application before he got his AOR. He never got a reply to his fax but did get the AOR afterwards, which kind of falls in line with neverendingwait´s post. I just hope their silence with regards to my work permit application can be interpreted the same way...
