What will will happen if my Residence status changes from a country where i applied for PR?. I applied for PR from UAE. Now i am planning to move back to India. Wht will happen to my Application?

you got two options...
Either get your file transfered to New Delhi and wait for a long long time...
Second, Let them process in UAE and if they ask for an interview or something appear in UAE.
