My parents are residence of India and had single entry visitor visa for canada .twice they got visa extension and third time their visa extension got refused and they left Canada immediately after refusal.
1) How much time gap they should give before applying for multiple entry Visa for Canada from India.
2) As they have multiple entry Visa for USA Can they apply for visitor visa for Canada from USA.

I don?t think there is any specific time limit for them to wait. Their chances of getting a multiple entry visa to Canada are probably quite high since they have already been granted a single entry visa, and complied with all the terms.
It is possible to get a visitor?s visa from a country that they do not hold a passport from, but processing times may be longer, and it may be more complicated. They will still have to fill out the same forms that ask for income verification, employment status, etc. Sometimes this is more difficult from a third party country.

dear sir/madam
actually i am on the wxl visa in canada for the six months and again i have got the extension for the another six months. my wife is curently in uk. for a short visit for six months with my daughter. she applied from uk.for canada´s visa as she was getting an oppertunity from one firm in canada for the training,our field is same ,and even she needs the training, but she is been refused. so is it advisable to re-appear from uk.? or she has to go back to india. pl.reply as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,
My sister is granted multiple TOURIST visa of U.S.A. and she had visited about six times to meet her son,daughter having green-card and working inU.S.A. Her visitor visa is valid upto JAN.2012.
Now this last month when she went to U.S.A. then at the time of giving entry into airport she was asked some questions and then to her passport it eas stamped as ENTRY FOR ONE WEEK with remark as No c.o.s./e.o.s.Due to this she stayed in U.S.A. ONLY FOR ONE WEEK AND came back to India.could you explain what is the meaning of the above remark and again when she can visit also is there a facility for entry visa confirmation in India?
I shall be thankfull for the early reply.

I am a US Green Card holder since 2000 with an Indian passport. I am currently visiting India and plan to visit Canada for a short holiday. Do I need a visitor´s visa from the Canadian High Commission in Delhi?

im a live in caregiver. i would like to ask or need clarification about re entry. my employer will bring me to the U.S this coming aug.2009. do i need a re enrty for this & where? i already have u.s tourist visa issued on april 9 for 1yr.
