Isabella, I am really sorry for picking at you all the time for clarification. As I see that you got confirmation from DMP that your medicals have reached. Could you please share with me how you got the confirmation so that I could try?

no problem mountains, we are all here for the same goal, and to support one and another.
2 weeks after I did my medicals I called the DMP who confirmed verbally that my medical has reached ottawwa, then DMP gave me a tracking no. for DHL which again the above.
