I received PP request for my family of four on 22nd june.I applied in June 04, Skilled worker, Buffalo. They have asked to send Passports ASAP but not mentioned time limit. Currently I am in India for family emergency and planning to go to US in the first week of Aug. My questions are :
1) How long CIC Buffalo can wait for passports after sending PP request ? In my case can they wait for one and half month as I am planning to go for Visa in the first week of Aug ?
2) What are the days and time of the week to go for VISA personally?
Your early reply will help me to plan my VISA stamping.

congrats, can you post your exact timelines and details for the benifit for all June applicants.
which date did youll do your medicals etc etc.
did you apply for caips
did you have an interview, if extra documents were asked what were they.

Not applied for CAIPS

Hi Dear,
Please send the PP with in 30 days,,,,,,,,,,they will wait only 30days. if not submitted the they will reject your application and refund the landing fee.
Or you pleass inform the about the problem and tell them the date u can submit.
this is vry important.............

Chennai is right. It is very important that you inform them that you are currently not in US and cant send your passsport till August.

If you have any friend in US or Canada send him passport by courier and he will send it for stampping with his returned address and later on he can send it you.
Every thing will be done maximum in 30 days.

From india you can´t send the passport outside..........through post or courier......

You can´t send PP out of INDIA.
Only one way is there...........
If any body(friends,relaitives etc...) is going to that place where you applied you can send the PP with an authrisation letter allowing him to carry the document and same to get it back..........
It is offence sending PP though courier or post........
