Subject: I tried being more specific (to my case) each...
I tried being more specific (to my case) each time I posted this question, but this time I´ll make it a more general question. When and if you are asked to submit additional documents, does the officer consider your application again AS SOON AS you provide those documents, or does he/she set the date he/she will consider it again even before they send it to you? (regardless of when they get it back with additional documents). In other words, if they give you 90 days to respond, will they not look at your application before those 90 days expire?

Thank you

perhaps the reason you do not get an answer is because nobody knows for sure, or each situation is different. there is nothing in the policy manuals that sets procedure.
