Sir,
My dad is a landed immigrant whose status was granted in the 70´s.However,he had been in Nigeria since 1979 and now he wants to come back to Canada.he has his social insurance number and a series of facts to support his claims.He attended Humber College and the famous Wilfrid Laurier University and his set was the last to be issued with the school´s Keystone(a sort of brochure somehow).The issue now is we want to know what are his chances of coming back to Canada as we would not want him to start the processing by getting it wrong all along right from the start.
