The medical form says bring 2 recent passport photos for each family member when you go for medicals. Should these pictures be the size of US passport pictures? Or should the pictures be like the ones for Canadian Immigration?
I applied as SW category in Buffalo and will be going for medicals in New Jersey, USA. Please advice.

They said 2 recent passport photos so that should answer your question, but I believe it is sized accordingly to Canada immigrations specs, not US.
When we got are med. request it came with a page that had the specs. You can find them in there website in the application forms. Something like 35mm wide by 45mm high for finished picture size.

Hi,
US Passport photo size is fine. At the time of medical I took US passport size photo. They need photos to put on medical form, which you will get it from Doctor. After the test doctor will send those forms (including one you have received) with medical results to Ottawa. Do not forget to take your Passport.

I agree that it is ambiguous. I took standard passport size photos (not Canadian spec) for the medical. All they did was tape them to the medical forms, I guess so they can compare them to already submitted photos to be sure you are the same person. It seems that either size/spec will work fine.
