Sorry i think i hit enter before i wrote my posting.
Anyways, i have been asked by new delhi immigration office to fill in this new form E which basically has education details.
Form E says, "Please fill in the form attached for all schooling completed from the age of 21 and enclose the certificates". I finished whatever my little education before the age of 20 hence should i fill in that app or not?
