| Subject: PCC for Wife |
I was in US for 3-4 years and now I?m applying for Canada immigration. Do I need to obtain a PCC for my wife as well? She was accompanying me in US, but her VISA status was H4 and she was not doing anything during that time period.

Sandy,
You need to provide PCCs for every accompanying member from every country he/she has lived for more than 6 months. What he or she was or was not doing there does not matter.
the purpose of the PCC is to make sure he/she was not involved in any criminal activity in any country he/she lived for more than 6 months.

Hi Sandy...my wife is H4 too and we also got PCC for her...from all countries whe she stayed for more than 6 months...
