I have recently got the immigration visa for myself and my family. I m preparing for an initial landing in a few weeks time. What task do I need to achieve in my first landing? How long does it take to get the PR card? The immigration officer takes the application of PR once you land at the airport? Thanks in advance for your help. Please let me know as much detail as you guys can. Thanks once again! Ali

Nothing much. You should get the stamp at the airport (immigration) to acknowledge your entrance. This is important, otherwise you will need to go out and come back in, in order to get that stamp.
