This is true....if there is no bad immigration border agents at the port of entries. Unfortunately, they aren´t all angels. I could give you a name and give you the facts and the proofs. I am the most serious.
I know someone will finally give me enough attention to RATIONNALY check the law in the Immigration Act...that would be the end of the injustice I am living for now 8 months. The powertrip nor racism towards French people has no place in Canada. At least, I hope so yet but maybe I am a dreamer....
I won´t shut my mouth until justice will be done. Over my dead body. Canada and now Qu?bec is breaking my life. I am fasting and praying the only and real God to solve this problem and I know He will a.s.a.p. because I am not ashamed of Him and His Word.

I reiterate:
I am daring all the PM in Canada (ex: Paul Martin, Joe Volpe) to rationnally check the AMENDED law, 36 (2) (B) because Mona Scott was supposed to let Ashley enter Canada at least as a visitor because according to this amemded law on July 2004, she was supposed to let Ashley enter on November 3rd, 2004 because at least five years were elapsed. On November 3rd, 2004, almost 10 years were elapsed.
If I am doing this, it is because I had been fooled in the past and the game is over.
If you don´t understand English, then I´ll reply in French. Or Vietnamese, if you wish. Maybe Spanish?:-)

Well, if I have my way around here, I would run all of them foreigners who do not have demonstrable technical skills and skills to adapt to Canadian mainstream cumltures and all those that have become leeches on our resources. Also, be serious when you import all these ignorant moslems who seem to have as the only to patronise with other moslems and profusely breed, with an innate goal of taking over the society and impsing sharia laws.

FYI- Ashley is a Scottish male first name. They took it to give it to their daughters without knowing the history. People are ignorant.
Lesbians are treated better in Canada than us. My rights as a Canadian citizen are violated and nobody cares, including the Prime Minister Paul Martin and Joseph Volpe, his Immigration Minister. Someone else told me he will do something but I am waiting yet...
I am not talking about the hell here LOL even if Canada is not a good country anymore because Canada doesn´t even apply their own Immigration laws. It is not true anymore. Better to keep your money in your pockets and stay where you are.

Hello Sandra,
I am beginning to wonder why a "no threat" person from Canada is not allowed into the US and a "no threat" person from the US is not allowed into Canada, especially since they are married.
I am having serious reservations about making any commitment to invest into Canada through our nanotechnology company if this type of "border hassle" is going to be the norm rather than the exception.
I have vendors in Markham, Ontario, Mississauga, and New Brunswick that will be involved in a US$68 million project to manufacture and deliver 250 of our nanotech machines to our US Plant.
I respectfully ask that this matter get addressed, sorted out immediately, or we will see if the vendors in Canada or plant locations can be placed with other companies. At this time, going from the U.S. to China is easier and that tells me something is seriously amiss, or being overlooked, or someone is not doing their job.
I am available to answer any questions you may have, and I think the time is long past due to resolve this matter of Marie and Ashley being together.
If something is known on that side that they have not shared with me, I would understand but in the absence of that the current situation is not acceptable or forgivable.
I too have been hassled coming across that border even while on the way to meet with people about making significant commitments to invest in Canada. United We Stand, and as it is now, not so sure that motto applies.

I think it would be a grave blunder for ANY American to invest in Canada in any technology. Please recognise that Canada has begun its descent into a terror haven through relentless and callous import of moslems from most corners of the world. It should surprise no onw if North America evolves to resemble South Asia, with the US resmbling India and Canada approximating Pakistan (with terror camps as the mainstay)... In such scenario, it is only a matter of time when Canada will FORCE the US to defend its national interests and launch a sweeping strike against Canada. So don´t invest... If anything, move to the good country next door...
