Subject: Caips help
I need some help with my caips notes.
Under list if additional documents sent there appears X,Y,X,Y respectively.
Further on it mentions that all the 4 requested documents have been received on date mm/dd/yy with someones initial.
Whats does it X Y X Y indicate?

status SEC CRIM shows blank.

Rest all is ok

Anyone else with the same stuff.

Kindly interpret.

thanks

Dear Kumar,
You need to elaborate issue little bit more, or you could phrase it back in different way.

oops i trued my best to display it with the spaces in tabular form but its kinda messy.

Anyway kindly visualise the above document status in tabular form. So under status there appears X Y X Y in vertical order. And KP is the clerk I guess.

whats X and Y indicate in front of each document?

then there is a list of documents received by KP.

After that it shows my name, client id, date of birth, status of SEC CRIM, and medicals in horizontal.
Everything of which is ok but status SEC CRIM shows blank

whats does that mean?

Its kind of confusing when the clerk acknowleges all the documents, but document status shows X in some places and Y in others.

I hope im interpreting right?

please advice.
