Can anyone let me know how to go about in getting in touch with Joint Assistance Groups for resettlement to Canada, for refugees with special needs (medical). A recent enquiry at the local Canadian Consulate had informed me that such applications normally comes from the UNHCR or JAS groups.
This is for a person who has got a has got a physical handicap which is not contagious or does not put a strain on the health system!
Please help, I need some sort of a direction on how to get a started with this process!
