I saw your post earlier...you posted this...
"I had interview in United States with same situation, I was asked about status in USA, I have told them, "I didn?t get sponsor because of job dwonturn". I had interview some time in October 2005, so certainly, that?s not ture. Moreover, I would like to tell you that according to new Form for SW, you must have to mantion your current Status of the country where you are at.

Was your interview OCt 2005 or 2004?....
My understanding is that your interview is already done but you mention oct 2005....if it is done....what did the officer say about your answer? I will appreciate your answer on this...thanks a lot...

Dear Joe,
I´m sorry, I was in lil rush It was Oct 2004. About interview she didn´t say me any thing, I was asked only three questions abt status.
(1) What´s your status at present
Ans: I had H1b
(2) Had?, when did expire?
Ans: Some time in 2002
(3) Why company didn´t sponsor you back?, or why didn´t you: find another company?
Ans Downtrun in computer rel job´s
Apparently, Its not seems to me like she was very concerened with those issues.

Thanks a lot Rana...
I am in somewhat similar situation that´s why I am interested in your case. The only difference I think is that my H1B is not expired yet (end 2006) and my sponsor is not giving up on it yet..but no assignment yet...so I was worried the CIC might consider it negative...your reply was a little bit of a relief to me...thanks...
I have another question....
Did the officer tell you if you passed the interview? At what stage are you right now? Goodluck to you and hoping to hear your answers...thanks a lot...

Dear Joe,
No, not at that time, she has given me 60 days to submit some employment rel documents and Ielts, I have done my Ielts some time in Feb 2005. I´ve made request for caips before to go for Ielts, I would have 58 points before Ielts. She wrote every thing whatsoever was happened during my interview as well as "Ielts reuired as this will make the difference between passing and failing selection"
At present e status shows "Medical have been received"
My medical is abt to exp (june 20, 2005)
Most probably they will send me next medical form very soon.
Afterward Waitin for ppr...
