There may be a way to tie them together with birth registries from your native country. Showing all children of your spouses granparents would show your spouses aunt being a sister to either your spouses Mother or Father.

Does Birth Registrations in your home country show your mother and father on them? If they do, your spouses aunts registration will have the same parents as your spouses mother or fathers birth registry. Your spouse will then be able to tie herself to her mother/father with her birth registration... hence, to her aunt.

You may be able to back this up with something like a Christian Baptismal Certificates, depending on your religion.

You will have to get the birt certificates of the following people:

1) Your spouse,
2) Your spouse´s mother/father(the one related to your spouse´s aunt),
3) Your spouse´s aunt

You will also have to provide a copy of your spouse´s aunt´s PR card as well as proof that she is currently living in Canada eg bank statements, utility bills, rent agreement etc.
