Hi All
I got VISA stamped in our (Family of four)PPs yesterday at Buffalo, NY went in person. Landing on Aug 5. I have few questions
1) How much money can I take with me ? Somewhere I read that one could carry as much money as they want . Is this correct?
2) How to prepare list for GOODS CARRY and GOODS follow? Any website for this?

I would like to ask if Jun 05 was the date on your passport request letter or the date you mailed out your passport?

Good to get your news.
As I know you can fill in as much as you can in "GOODS TO FOLLOW" in case you can bring them to Canada next time from usa .
Pls tell me:
1. how long you got PP request after you sent your medical?
2. you went to NY in person, can you get your stamp
in a day?

By June 05 I meant June 2005. I got my PP request letter on 22nd June 2005. I went to Buffalo in Person for my visa on 12 July, 2005

I did my medicals on April 13 , PP request letter on 22nd June. Around 8 weeks after medicals.
2. you went to NY in person, can you get your stamp
in a day?
Yes in one day. They collected Passports around 8 AM and I got mine exactly at 1:45 PM same day.

hi nanu!
congrats!.i also got stamped on my passport last week.i went to ny in-person.everything went fine by god grace.then i am also planning to carry "proof of funds" in terms of currency.and i also don´t know , how much we can carry max.we three(me ,myself and my son(16 months))are going there.if u collect some information abt this pls share with me.
