Its already July 15th almost nearing July end..so people who have applied to CIC during OCtober 2004 dont tell me you havent received any IA or letter from them...Im sure atleast a few have gotten IA who applied in October...cmon those few speak out...

dude, IA is 7-9 months and probably more in more than half the cases. you can wait a bit longer...where´s your IA??

Give Anonymous a break. He/She has a valid point here. It´s been 9 months since October 2004 and according to your suggestion (7-9 months) some people may have received IA.

hi guys i do not think Oct 04 applicants will recieve IA in July, first of all CIC slows down in the summer and Still Some sep 04 applicants are getting IA, My estimate is end of august or even mid september.
In any case if somebody gets lucky and receive IA please post it immediately, by the way mi time line is
APP OCT 28 04
AOR FEB 16 05
IA impatiently waiting

Thanks spec for defending me...yea..its 9 months complete by the end of july but in any case someone else said...cic slows down during summer...now thats a bummer..so i/we only can keep our fingers crossed and wait for this damn thing to show up in our mailbox...please post as soon as ya´ll get IA..later..

CIC slows down in summer. Yes most of the applicants still did not receieve their IA, I think they must receive it During the month of Sept.05 and even November and December 04 applicant might recieve their IA during Sept-Oct. 05 time frame. Good Luck!

no no!! it takes 9 months from the time of AOR not the time of application...if you look at the buffalo tracker website, you´ll see that on average its taking 8-9 months from the time of AOR, thus you should get it in late august or september.

Based on buffalo tracker data, I don´t agree. There are many Sept. 2004 applicants with AOR dated Jan. 2005 who got IA in Jun. 2005. You see that it´s 9 months from application time and only 5 months from AOR date.

yea looks like what spec is telling makes sense....even in yogi799.com its 9 months from the date they received ur application not 9 months from ur aor date...im sure people who applied in sep 04 with aor´s ranging from jan 05 to feb 05 are all not lying that they got IA..

according to yogi 799 IA comes 9 to 10 months from application time, but as I said before CIC takes it really really easy during this time so my guess is IA will be arriving in the september november time frame.
All what we are taking here is not for sure some people even get IA sooner than 9 months or up to a year, it all depends on who is handling your case.
Anyways let´s keep hoping to have that IA this month, please who ever gets it first please post it as soon as you can so we know ours is coming soon
