hi friends,
I would like to know what are the fund requirements at the port of entry to Canada once you get your visa. I will be going with my wife and so as it is said in the immigration processing that a family of 2 needs $11,500 i would like to know if one has to carry that amount as travellers cheque etc etc.....i am from India and i would like to know that will it be enough if i show original fixed deposit receipts in indian currency......i am planning to carry only funds in CAD less than 10,000 as otherwise it has to be declared.....kindly put in your inputs regarding this......
