How does CIC define "Formal Education"?
for the question How many years of formal education do you have...
is formal education the number of years of schooling after elementary or high school?
I have a 4 year old son that is not accompanying me but still have to put him down, on that questions regarding his years of formal education and level of education, should I write N/A or 0(zero) since obviously he hasnt had any schooling.
Also, which one do i have to write N/A or Not Applicable at all non-related spaces?

write the full word ´´not applicable´´.
formal education is 6 years in the first box and 5 years in the other. it is always about 11 years in total. the cic should say statutory education really as this wud be clearer.
i have a 3 year old and i put down pre-school child
