If someone has Canadian PR, are they able to travel into the United States freely? Does it differ by your original country of origin? For example, if you are from an Asian country versus a European country are there differences?

Canadian Permanent Resident can not come to United States without visa. However, United States Green card holder doesn´t need visitor visa for Canada.
As if you´re Canadian Citizen then you could travel to United States without visa.
