I waited for the letter but never recieved that and they said
"A letter was sent to you on Dec 13, 2004 asking you to come and pick up your visas in person. You did not show up for your visas and they have since expired. (expired on May 13, 2005)"
I did email them twice but no responce what should I do. Please Help

Well there doesn´t seem to be much help. The visas expired... nobody can change that!

You should have phoned them if you knew a letter was coming.
Once the visa has expired it is too late for anything.
I guess you should start applying from the beginning again.

Hi Farrukh,
I suggest you visit the Canadian embassy and try to meet the immigration officer to explain your case. If you can not meet some one then write a letter explaining your situation and request them to reconsider your case.
If you request them then maybe you will not have to apply all over again. There is no harm in trying.
